I am in the process of applying for ILR along with my dependent son. Earlier In 2019, as part of the Tier 2 / Skilled Worker Visa application process, I had appeared for the ISE I (B1) conducted by Trinity London. I have the following questions for which I seek your advice and guidance:
1. Since I have already applied for this test in 2019, do I need to re-appear again? Please note - there is no expiry date on the certificate.
I am bit confused by the 'run out' statement on this link: https://www.gov.uk/english-language/app ... ifications
vs.
the FAQ section at https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... T/B1-ISE-I which states
2. Will my dependent son (aged 10 years) need to appear for this exam? All Trinity certificates are valid for life to be used as evidence of your achievement and performance in a Trinity exam. However, where certificates are used for UK visa or immigration purposes, Trinity has recommended to the UK Home Office that, for security reasons, only certificates less than two years old should be accepted.
Thanks a lot in advance for your inputs.
