Super Priority Service for Spouse Visa Application

Hello, I am applying for a spouse visa (partner) for my husband from within the UK. I have already paid the IHS fee, and now I am at the stage of paying the visa fee. I would like to use the super priority service to get a decision within one day, but only the standard service is available. I have checked home office website, and it seems that the £1000 super priority service should be available. Is anyone having the same issue?

Yes. He works abroad but he is in UK now to apply for the visa

Keep in mind priority service is not a guarantted service.

UKVI might deicde it needs more time and have the standard processing timelines if they see fit (refunding the money in certain circumstances).

Regarding the reason of you not seeing that post, it's not an issue - it's normal behaviour. See Online Application - Why there is no Super Priority Service Option ?
