My ex received a skilled worker visa. My four-year-old son and I accompanied his stepdad on a dependant visa. We now have a broken relationship. Can I apply for a dependant visa for my son now that I have received healthcare COS? Can my four-year-old switch from my ex-dependent visa to mine when I switch to a skilled worker visa?
