Naturalisation and British Passport after ILR

Hi All,

My Mrs and my kids got their ILR last week (they were on Tier 2 Dependent visas) .
I am a British citizen (came on a Tier 2 Visa) . I wanted to check can i directly apply for Naturalisation and British passport for them or i need to wait for a year before applying for the same.

No waiting time for both, note it's naturalisation for wife (form AN) and registration for child (if under 18 - form MN1).
They can apply both together on the online form.

My kids were not born in UK, is MN1 still the option or do I need to get naturalisation first

Children under 18 are REGISTERED as British on form MN1. Only ADULTS over 18 are Naturalised!!
