Advice on calling spouse after eu settlement scheme ILR

hello, my aunt was successful in being granted ILR as part of the eu settlement scheme. She came to the UK in 2019 with her 3 children and was granted ILR a month ago. my understanding is that in order to call her spouse over (Pakistani passport holder) she will need to complete the life in the UK test unless I’ve totally got that wrong. Please can someone confirm or share the guidance?

Would you mind sharing the guidance that tells me how she could apply for her husband please? I am Googling but unsure if I’m coming across the right information.

She applies for a spouse visa and just meet the financial requirements.

Spouse needs English A1 test minimum.

You wwrw advised of all of this in 2022 when you asked the same question. Nothing in the advice has changed, except rhe income threshold his higher now than £18,600pa.

Ah thanks. I’d forgotten I’d even asked the question! But makes sense, basically same route as a spouse visa.
