Immigration rule 320(7A)..need help..

HI!

i applied for student visa and got rejeted under the rule 320(7A). i want to know know..that am i banned for 10 years or i can re-apply?

Uk Embassy has given me full right of appeal? what if again i am rejected in appeal, will they ban me for 10 years..

plz help me in this regard...thnx...
