Spouse visa for people who got married a few months after meeting each other

I met my fiancee on a vacation a month ago. We spent two weeks together during which we understood that fate brought us together and we are ready to commit.

I'm on a Tier 2 Visa in the UK (Skilled Worker Visa) and want to understand the best strategy to get the spouse visa.

The plan is that my fiancee will get a tourist visa and we will get married in the UK.

I meet financial requirements, my fiancee has a good knowledge of English (she studied linguistics) and my only concern is that HomeOffice may not recognise our relationship as genuine.

It is a Skilled Worker dependent visa not a spouse visa. They are two different visa with different rules.

There is no financial or english requirement for a Skilled Worker dependent visa.

You are required to provide evidence of subsistence relationship. Expect scrutiny from UKVI for a depednent visa based on a holiday romance.

She cannot switch to a dependent visa in the uk if she is here as a visitor.
