Set M ILR

Post by Archer1 » Mon Nov 25, 2024 11:51 am

Hi ,
We had my wife’s biometric appointment on last Friday and had paid for documents scanning service . Plus application was made on super priority service. But we forgot to print the check sheet. Can some one guide us what could be possible out come as we haven't heard any thing from UKVAS. Worried now.
Regards,

The ukvi website states it is end of the next working day if you if appointment is on a weekday.

So you should wait till the end of today at least.

Also, super priority is not a guaranteed service.

We had an email today stating,Please note, prior to making a decision on an application a number of mandatory checks need to be completed to ensure that the statutory requirements have been satisfied.

The length of time taken to complete these checks is dependent on the individual circumstances of each case. These checks are essential in order to maintain effective immigration control, and cannot be compromised, despite any adverse impact upon our customer service.

Experience of others is irrelevant as each application is unique and has different circumstances. Wait to hear back

Its been 10 working days after Biometrics done. No communication as yet apart from that acknowledgement email from UKVI. One main thing I have noticed now is , in that acknowledgement email they wrote my name where as I am not an applicant . It’s my wife who applied for.
