TLS STILL HASNT SENT MY APPLICATION TO UK VISA AND IMMIGRATION

I did my biometrics for the British citizen application with TLS on Nov 12 its been almost one month and still says that my application and biometrics and document have not been sent to UK visa and immigration. now i'm panicking, and still haven't received a letter from the home office saying that they received my application only that my application has been submitted. is anyone else experiencing this too? what can I do?

UKVI has your application because you input it directly into their system, not TLS.
As for documents TLS confirmation emails may arrive immediately, in a few days/weeks or sometimes never.

The tracking on TLS website doesn't work, they even have a big red warning over the status widget. Apparently they are "working to resolve it". What they told me over email when I complained is that as long as I received an email confirming I attended it's all good. And based on experiences of other people here and on other forums, the documents do go through to HO.
If you're worried, you can always contact HO directly but they take longer to reply than TLS!

PS. HO won't send you any confirmation that they received everything out of their own accord.

I tried talking to UK visa and Immigration but all they said was that they couldn't help me and to contact TLS and if there was anything wrong they would contact me. i just hope i get my citizenship soon

You called a third party agency when you called the UKVI helpline, you were not speaking to UKVI staff but third party agency workers who have limited access to information and are poorly trained.

Citizenship applications can take up to 6 months to process. If UKVI need something, they will contact you.

As someone already mentioned above, ignore the status tracking on TLS website it doesn't work, they even tell you to ignore it on the website. They should have sent you an email titled "TLScontact Biometric Collection Confirmation" so maybe check your junk mail. In case they haven't and you need more reassurance you can write to this email address:

nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gov.uk

They say they reply within 14 days. They replied me on day 9 and confirmed receipt of both application and biometrics data (for someone I'm assisting).
