Can you post the exact text of the refusal letter? Take out personal details.
What does your husband earn annually and per month and under which category (A, B, etc) did you apply?
The exact letter says
"As evidence of your sponsor’s employment you have submitted your latest 6 monthly wage slips dated April 2024 – September 2024, showing an average annual gross salary of £28,523.62.
You are required to demonstrate that your sponsor is currently employed and earning an annual salary of at least £29,000, and secondly, that they also earned at least £29,000 in the 12 month period prior to the date of your application."
Our solicitor applied with 13 payslips but he made a big mistake and sent them 15 payslips
After 15 days of applying, they asked for 6 months payslip. But again he sent them all the payslips which it was 15 payslips
My husband is none salaried and They calculated the latest 6 payslips but disregarded the August one cuz August payslip and September payslips were the same and they thought its both one payslip, thats why they disregarded one of them and they included it with April one
My husband took unpaid off on april and he got 1200£
Withing his 6 payslips it makes 30,000£
Hope you can understand what I mean!
