Travelling after submitting application

Hello I submitted AN form online and uploaded and submitted all docs including passport copy last year.
After submission I travelled outside the UK and returned. My biometric appointment is in a a few weeks. Do I need to rescan and re-upload passport and add a letter explaining the travel?
