Customer Service Portal query

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems logging in to the portal where you could initiate a query? I recently renewed my permission online and received an email from INIS that my IRP should arrive in the next few working days **to the postal address given previously on the application**. Is that my previous/older address when I had registered my first permission a couple of years ago? I have changed address since then. Since this is the first time online renewal has come into effect in my county (previously used to be with the local immigration officer), I am confused. I tried logging into the portal to submit a query and to make sure they send it to the right address but I am having trouble logging in.

Please note that at the time of the online renewal application, I did put in my correct/current residential address.

Hi,

You should've changed your address with ISD before renewal. You are obligated to update them. Your IRP will be sent to your old address since they use your permission letter to process your IRP.

First change your address with ISD and make sure you recieve a confirmation. Give it couple of days then you can report the card as undelivered. They should resend a new one to your new address.

Or if it hasn't been more than 2 weeks, go to your old address and apply for rental post box in your name with An post there or contact the current occupants in your old address to forward the delivery to you if you trust them.

You must first create an account/log in on our Customer Service Portal of Immigration Service Delivery. Once you’ve created an account/log in you will be able to submit a ‘Change of Personal Details’ query for Immigration Service Delivery to process confirming your new address and the date you started living at your new address. Please submit (1) one proof of residence at your new address showing your name and address.
