Is anyone else having problems logging in to the portal where you could initiate a query? I recently renewed my permission online and received an email from INIS that my IRP should arrive in the next few working days **to the postal address given previously on the application**. Is that my previous/older address when I had registered my first permission a couple of years ago? I have changed address since then. Since this is the first time online renewal has come into effect in my county (previously used to be with the local immigration officer), I am confused. I tried logging into the portal to submit a query and to make sure they send it to the right address but I am having trouble logging in.
Please note that at the time of the online renewal application, I did put in my correct/current residential address.
