No Biometrics letter for over a month

I have yet to receive any letter or email explaining how I can provide biometric information.

As per the MN1 guide:
"Where to give biometric information depends on how you’re making your visa or immigration application. You’ll be told where to go after you’ve applied."

I made the application roughly a month ago (from Cyprus, MN1 3(2)), and the documents were received shortly thereafter.

I have received no acknowledgement from the Home Office and no information on what to do about biometrics.

The only reason I know is because DHL gave me a delivery confirmation.

Is this a normal amount of time to wait, or should I contact someone?
Is there a dedicated email for international nationality enquiries or is FNE fine?

The only kind of acknowledgement (if it even counts as such), is a follow-up email asking me for an extra 130GBP as I am turning 18 and will need to attend a citizenship ceremony.

What do you all think I should do?

Just did, I tried furthernationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk since they gave me an FAQ and essentially redirected me to this email address.

It's not a paper application, it's an online application. I just posted my documents.

Overseas applications are known to take a lot longer, the whole process is more convoluted.
