ILR Set O dependent skilled worker

Post by dineshsethiya » Wed Jan 22, 2025 11:35 am

Hi All,

I need some guidance. I applied for my ILR on the dependent skilled worker visa route, in London center on 10th Oct (submitted biometric) as a standard application. Since then there is no update to my application. There is no communication to even say that they need more documents etc. Now I am in a situation that I need to go out of country urgently. Is it possible to upgrade my application to 5 days(priority) or 1 day(super priority) category now and if yes then what is the process?

Kind Regards,
Dinesh

You cannot change or "upgrade" to super priority or priority now. It is only an option when you apply online before payment.

ILR under standard service can take between 8 weeks to 6 months
