Return passport

Can anyone tell me how to get UKVI office in Liverpool to return my US passport. I am still waiting for a decision on my UK citizenship application, but need my passport immediately for travel on 24 February. I have contacted via email and courier letter via FedEx without any reply. My courier letter arrived last Friday, Jan 31 2025. I have received no notification or confirmation from UKVI, but I have received confirmation of arrival from FedWx tracking.

Can anyone tell me how to get through? My international travel planned for 14 Feb 2015 is urgent and I need my passport back. I am aware that the passsport can be returned before a decision is made, however, I have been trying for nearly 2 months the now. Thank you for any assistance.

Sorry for the typo in my previous post about return of my passport. I meant to state that my international travel date is for 24 February 2025! Again, the return of my passport is urgent.
