ILR application with combination of SKV and Global talent visa

Hi,

Currently, I am the main applicant and completed the 6 months on Skilled Worker Visa and 30 months on GTV visa. Now, I am applying for ILR. I have the follwoing questions.

1) Can I use my MSCS and M.Sc (Computer Science) NARIC certificate (Used in my Skilled Worker Visa for my ILR application? or I need to apply for NARIC certificate on my PhD degree basis

2) Which Letters are required from current Employer and previous Employer for example HR-Letter confirming salary_Position

3) Is it correct that I will count the time from Vignette valid date ?

1. Old NARIC can be used
2. No letters are needed. The GTV rules do not care about employers or whatever.
3. Yes

My qualifying date is started from 19-03-2022. On GTV route my ILR application date will be 19-03-2025 or 20-03-2025 (using 28 days eariler) ?

Your 3 years will complete on 19-03-2025 so you can apply within 28 days of that

I am a bit confused about whether I can apply for my ILR application on 19th February 2025 or 20th February 2025 (using the 28-day early rule). Could you please confirm this for me?

This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started.

This is not a trick question. Put the date you initially entered the UK. This answer does NOT affect your eligibility at all

Dear Zimba,

Thank you for clarification. One more question, during online application, the system is asking to provide this letter "letter from my employer or institution on official headed paper confirming that I have earned money in my expert field". How can I get this letter if it is mandatory. Thank you for your support.
