Dependent ILR

Post by Mushi18 » Wed Feb 26, 2025 10:39 pm

Me and my husband came to UK in 2017
I was main applicant- for tier 4, and he was tier 4 dependent. In 2020 January I got my tier 2 and he applied tier 2 dependent, he received his decision in August 2020 due to IT Issue and Covid when we raised complaint on this, we were both in the country during that time period , now I have got my ILR . I want to know can my husband apply for ILR Or he is not eligible

You were both eligible for ILR at the same time. Time spent under ANY dependant route counts for his ILR. Apply now

Yes. Child is eligble when parents are. There is no 5 years minimum residence foe children. They simply qualify to apply when the parents do.
