Valid evisa(spouse) but vignette expiring before first travel

Heya…hope this is the right forum for this query!
Would like to alleviate some concerns of a relative who was granted spouse entry clearance in Dec 2024.
She’s considering to delay travel due to a close family member’s illness. She’s got her evisa sorted. Her vignette expires next week.
Question is.. does she need to apply for a new vignette keeping in view she has an evisa? Illogical considering she has the clearance till 2027.
How tedious of a task is it? If she does need to apply for a vignette does the sponsor need to provide all evidences again and a new TB test.
How long does it normally take?(official guidance says three weeks. Could it be earlier?)
Does she need to provide evidence for the reason of delay or just stating it shall suffice?
Will it impact her entry clearance? She fears her visa maybe cancelled
She is aware that she needs to get to the uk sooner rather than later to avoid costly extensions in the future.
Hoping to get some insight as soon as possible to take a decision to either leave now or extend the vignette.

the start date is the same as the vignette only the end date is obviously longer. I thought they were all like that. Which other route has a different start date on the vignette vs visa? Curious,

Yes but that can be covered in a number of ways. Like applying on the last day and delaying biometrics. The visa extension will have the decision date and won’t start from previous expiry (covered by 3C)
