hey thanks for your reply sorry i dnt av accountant i always do return by my self so its mean i have to show them my profit is 29k for the sake of her application i know i have to pay more tax on that which is fine for me, can i do that?

You will also need to submit your HMRC tax return and SA302 for the last financial year.
AND
Personal bank statements + business bank statements which show your business transactions and any corresponding transfers of profits or salary to your personal bank accounts.
