For self-employed income it's the nett amount on which you will be taxed. In other words, after expenses have been deducted, not your gross earning.

If this is £25,000, you will be short of £4,000 to meet the minimum income level of £29,000 p.a Do you have a qualified Accountant for your annual tax return?

Your wife's A1 English test must be valid (not expired) when you submit the Spouse visa application.

For self-employment income you will need to provide a detailed letter from a certified accountant verifying your business accounts and income.
You will also need to submit your HMRC tax return and SA302 for the last financial year.
AND
Personal bank statements + business bank statements which show your business transactions and any corresponding transfers of profits or salary to your personal bank accounts.

What type of business do you have?

im really confused i have just read online that uber drivers are not self employed is it possible to submit my application in employment section as i just checked when i click employment they only ask for detail of employee detail letter and bank statement,

In the UK, Uber drivers are now legally classified as workers, not self-employed, following a Supreme Court ruling in 2021. This means they are entitled to certain employment rights, including the National Living Wage and holiday pay
