But a graduate visa and skilled visa is different thing and section 3c(5) allows variation to the application.

Did you read the full link within the link I provided and the example of skilled worker visa?

When did your visa expire?

When did ypu submit a fee waiver application and what reason/option have you stated in the form?

Why didn't you apply in time for a Skilled Worker extension?

I put fee waiver on 27th feb and before getting that descion I made my skilled visa application on 5th April and in the cover letter I have explained how my situation changed and I received a good job offer, if I haven't had received that offer I would have continued on humanitarian grounds flr? is it wrong that my situation changed or is it against the law?

My last visa expired 27 feb and I applied fee waiver same day, and I put skilled application on 5th April. No descion has been made on fee waiver.

Today I received not so straight forward email, but don't you think its too early I just applied on standard on 5th April?
