Visa approved less than 3 years but Cos was 4 years

Hi,

My sister applied for 4 years Visa. Her Cos was 4 years. She paid 4 years visa fee and IHS Charges but she has been paid less than 3 years. Application form was accurate according to Cos.
Yes, My sister came on Care Worker visa in 30 December 2023 and her sponsor withdrawn her Cos in January 2025.

So why did she not raise this with UKVI when she got her visa BEFORE coming to the UK to get it corrected?

Nothing she can do about it now if she is no longer working for her sponsoring employer.

She will have to find another sponsor and apply for another visa, paying all fees again.

If she is not employed any longer by her sponsor, she is not permitted to do ANY work.
