Previous Immigration

Hi,

I am filling in the BC application and I have a few questions, pls

for question:
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

1. Do I have to fill in my previous applications such as IRL and Leave to Remain? Should HO know this already?

2. It then asks if i say yes: Name in which you made the application >> is this my name or the application Indefinite leave to remain for example.
