2. Does the criteria of being part of a chartered/professional body matter as long as the referees are British nationals over 25 yrs of age? One of them is a manager in limited company. Yes it does apply. One referee needs to be a professional on the approved list.
3. I heard that one of the referees for a child should be someone who have worked with that child in a professional capacity (e.g.teacher) but we are unable to get one to agree. Will it affect the application? No. This is a well known issue to UKVI. Explain in a cover letter that you have asked teachers and they refused.
4. Is Passport enough for proof of living in the UK? Passports do not have UK entry stamp for the last one year now that the border control have done away with it. Should I give P60s or letters from employers? Passports are enough.
