Transfer of equity counted as property sale or not for visa

Can someone please help me? My ex solicitor sent me a lump sum so he could become sole owner of our ex family home. I am unsure if I can use the cash savings for my spouse visa application to bring my husband home. Transfer was in march so would this be classes a property sale in which case I can use funds without waiting 6 months or would it just be a transfer of equity and I’d have to wait 6 months.

I did not use a solicitor and the letters I received from his solicitor all only state transfer of equity.

From last month there’s been a direct attachment of earning under the deductions section on my wages. I know for the spouse visa they calculate from gross normally so do I still calculate from gross in which case if I wait another month I’d have earnt 29,228 and wouldn’t need to wait more months to use my savings.

Or would I need to deduct this direct attachment from gross earnings as it’s not a typical deduction.

Is there a way to delete the start again as the title of the thread is now misleading I’ve managed to get clarification on the detachment of earnings and it’s just a transfer of equity now that I need any experience or advice on.
