Immigration fee waiver

Good Evening All

I am on a skilled worker visa, I have 3 dependents who joined me a year later here in the UK.

My question I am due to apply for my extension in August 2025, I can afford mine and partners extension fee, but I am struggling with fees for my 2 girls.

Can I possibly apply for a fee waiver just for my 2 little girls, I understand it's not guaranteed to be accepted, but would they accept my fee waiver application for my little girls, despite me being on a skilled worker visa?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

There is no fee waiver for skilled worker or any other PBS visa.

There is no fee waiver option for your visa route.

You will need to find the funds to pay all the fees.

Have you looked into whether your employer/organisation will offer you a loan for the purpose of applying for ILR?

The organisation that I worked with at the time of Covid had a policy of offering a salary sacrifice loan for the purposes of ILR and citizenship application. Obviously it will be recovered from your salary and they may require you to continue to work with them for a period of time after getting ILR, but if you are strapped for cash for this specific purpose, that may be something for you to speak to your HR about.

As already advised above, fee waiver is not available for the immigration pathways of your family. It is only available for FLR applications under the human rights pathway, not under any other pathway of the Immigration Rules. And once you get a fee waiver, the Home Office will look askance at applications not under that pathway.
