UK spouse visa extension form question

Hi,
I am applying for my wife's spouse visa extension. (Dependent of british citizen).
I am bit confused with one question :
"Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? "
I understand I need to provide details about country of birth but do I need to provide details about countries she visited as tourist or for short term (around 3 months) work before she came to the UK?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

The question is have you "lived" not "visited"!

The question on the form "Have you been out of the UK since you started living here"?

My husband is a British National, and I Indian, we travelled on holiday quite a bit since i have moved to the UK, would i have to list all the countried we visited?
Also, i stay in India for atleast 5 months because of my business there, hence for reason why i am out of the country can i write work? Would that cause an issue for rejection of my visa?

You don't liat countries visited. The question in the form clearly asks where you lived.

The question asks, "have you been out" since you have been living in the UK. Not have you lived.
