• First Visa: Tier 2 ICT Short-Term Staff Migrant
○ Start Date: 28/03/2012 | End Date: 27/03/2013
○ UK Landed: 23/05/2012 | Returned: 27/03/2013
• Second Visa: Tier 2 ICT Short-Term Staff Migrant
○ Start Date: 19/10/2015 | End Date:
○ UK Landed: 15/11/2015 | Returned: 15/10/2016
• Third Visa: Tier 2 ICT Long-Term Staff Migrant
○ Start Date: 14/11/2016 | End Date: 17/10/2021
○ UK Landed: 19/11/2016
• Dependent Visa:
○ Switched to a dependent visa on 21/04/2021
○ Valid until 14/04/2026
Question:
Am I eligible to apply for ILR on 15/11/2025 based on 10 years of continuous residence?When should I submit my application?

Apologies for the late response, I was trying to find the copy of my BRP card during that period, I couldn't.
I assume, you are referring to following period :
• Second Visa: Tier 2 ICT Short-Term Staff Migrant
○ Start Date: 19/10/2015 | End Date:
○ UK Landed: 15/11/2015 | Returned: 15/10/2016

I was on a Tier 2 ICT Short-Term visa (which typically has 1-year validity) ,when I traveled back to India in 15/10/2016 to change my visa category. At the time of my departure, my visa had only 3 days of validity remaining. I returned to the UK after 1 month with a Tier 2 ICT Long-Term visa. During that 1-month period, I continued working for the same organisation.

When you submit your application is not that important. You should assume an ILR decision date and count backwards the 10 years

Hello Team, I am planning to apply ILR 10 year route, I am eligible to apply from 18th of this month - based on 28 days prior to completing 10 years. My question is there any rule regarding :

I need to be present in the UK the same date last year - Nov 1st 2024, if I am applying tomorrow - 1st Nov 2025.

Note - I was in France for 3 days (1st Nov 2024 - 3 rd Nov 2024).
