Your spouse must meet the 3 year residence and absence requirements if you are British, including the physically present at the start of the 3 year period. This is all detail in the guidance notes.

My wife 3 years ago was here in the country. well in fact from the day she came in she never went out hence have no absence from the UK. So as per your advice she can apply for naturalisation and include our minor child on the application? So I will apply for her using AN1 form and for my child do I need to use MN1 form?
No, her application is based on 3 years, counting backwards from the date she applies.
