ILR Application for PBS dependants : Child and myself

Hello everyone,

I came to the UK along with my son in 2019 as PBS Dependants of my husband ( Tier 2 visa). We have now completed 5 years in this category (with two extensions). My husband became a British citizen earlier this year.

Please could you advise which ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) form I should use for myself and my son? Which route should we follow?

If someone could also share the official link to the correct form, that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the message again but please guide me I just want to clatify.

As suggested I was searching for SET (O) FORM but when I visit the page it also has the link below:
Apply to settle in the UK - Partner of a person or parent of a child already settled in the UK.This is form SET (M).

I am confused as to which form will be the right choice as my parnter is already a British Citizen now.

Form SET O is the ONLY form your dependents can use. Your status doesn't matter.

Set M is only for those on the spouse settlement visa (2 x 2.5 year) , which doesn't apply to your dependants.

The form to use is determined by the VISA route and not your status.

DO NOT apply using form SET(M) if you are a dependent of someone under a work related route
