Skilled Dependent visa extension

Hi Team,

Currently on Skilled Visa and my wife and kids are dependent visa.

20-Sep-2023 - Arrival to UK as ICT Skill visa - 3 year COS - including Family members.

BRP Data of issue - 08-oct-2023

16-May-2026 - Untill dependent visa valid.

Feb - 2024 - i have moved to new job , ICT skill visa with New employer.

My visa valid till 14 February 2027

Still I'm working with same employer and My Question is. I have to renew my family Dependent visa.

Is it possible to renew my dependant visa until 14 February 2027 without having a new CoS?

My daughter is currently 19 years old and working full time. She is planning to start university next year september. Will there be any issues when renewing her dependant visa?

I would appreciate some advice regarding this.

You don't need a new CoS for a dependent visa extension, you use your current cos details in the form. If you apply for an extension for your dependents, their visa will have the same expiry date as your visa, nothing more or longer than that.

Your daughter cannot be leading an independent life.

Regarding my daughter’s situation, she is currently living with us. She did not join a university due to the fees, as she is recognised as an international student and not considered a local student.

When applying for my daughter’s visa extension, is it necessary to attach any letter from a university or college?

How would you attach a letter from a university if she's not studying at the moment?

She will extend her visa in the same way as the other dependants, as long as she's not having an independent life as advised above. No need for any letter!

Thank you for the confirmation. I was a bit worried because one of my friends informed me that I would need to upload proof of my children’s studies. That’s why I asked for clarification.
