Yes / No As it's asked for say YES and list the applications made in the UK/Abroad (excluding visitor visa). Remember the child is treated as the applicant.

Also its not asking for travel history for my son " If not asked for then not required - surprised this would be asked for a child.

Have you submitted the application already? There is room on the form to state relevant immigration application details (those who led to your settlement here). If you didn't provide them, you can state them in a cover letter and send it to UKVI, but it does not affect your statutory requirements either way.

I already submitted application and gave my biometrics too,

is it mandatory to send them email to explain about my extension which i made inside UK and Tier 1 Initial application which i made outside UK

Also in regards to my son's application, we got married outside UK but could not find marriage certificate, is it mandatory documents for my sons to submit marriage certificate ?

Re immigration application details, if UKVI needs it they will get in touch, your application won't be refused based on that.

Full birth certificate, with both your names will do. If you have non-EU passports, provide those, as asked.

Yes you can use the same referees. Standard processing times are 6 months for all citizenship applications.

Thank you so much, My son just finished his biometrics today

Since the child born outside UK, they dont mention surname on birth certificate, they just write nitials for both parents and child

Also in the parent consent form we just wrote the first name of the child, did not write a surname, is it ok or do we need to inform HO about it ?

I don't know this amount of detail for birth certificates outside the UK. If ukvi needs further details they will contact you - maybe look for an official translator to get your certificate translated to English in case it is needed, or did you submit a translation already?

It’s already in English and local language but they don’t write surname instead write father name and initials

Also in the parent consent form we just wrote the first name of the child, did not write a surname, is it ok or do we need to inform HO about it ?

As I said above, I don't know this amount of detail. I'd expect that if it's a problem you'll be contacted.

Hello.
We've just submitted online application for my wife (EU Settled Status under Section 6(2)). She easily meets all criteria, no convictions, etc., but we failed to upload payslips/P60s for last 3 years and the upload feature is now locked. Shall we expect simple RFI to submit missing documents?

You should open your own thread. Bring the documents with you at the biometrics appointment, they may be able to scan them. If not possible, use the email addresses in this thread months-plus-waiting-for-citizenship-app ... 43483.html to inform UKVI of the mistake.

Dear Mods and Experts,

Just a generic question

If one parent got ILR , is it possible for child under 18 to apply for british citizen straight without applying for ILR if child spent 5 years in UK as dependent to Tier 1 E

Thanks

Only if the child was born in the uk.

No shortcut route for children born abroad. The child needs ILR first.
