Entry within 90 days on spouse visa redundant?

Could anyone confirm whether this requirement has been made redundant with the vignette sticker now obsolete please? I’ve tried looking into official guidance but have failed to find anything.

There is no such requirement any more.

Note however that the ILR qualifying period on starts from date of entry to the UK.
