Hi,

One is my referees printed the declaration form in black and white, signed it and sent it back to me, so my passport photo at the top of the form is also in black and white. Would that be okay, please? Also, because of the printing and rescanning, the quality of the photo is a bit grainy.
Would it be better to ask him to sign again but digitally this time just to be safe, or just submit this b&w one as is unlikely to cause issues?

B&W is fine but your picture needs to be recognisable, so best to rescan in higher resolution.

I'd say it's recognisable though, just concerned they may reject it because of the quality. My referee doesn't have a printer, so it makes a bit harder for them to print it again, but I understand it's better to be safe. Thank you!

Hi,

I'm submitting my documents through the TLS website, and just want to confirm if the proof I have for living in the UK for the past 5 years is sufficient.

I hold ILR for a few years now and I'm applying on my own right. Non EU.

I'm thinking of submitting council tax letters, one for each year. Will this be enough?

Copies of all pages of my passports are also going to be submitted under "proof of application".

I ended up submitting my documents without the council tax letters, however I noticed that the stamps on my passport when entering in the UK after holidays are not very visible, sometimes not visible at all. What can be done now, will they accept our like this? I have a biometrics appointment soon but I already submitted the documents online. Please can someone assist me as I'm panicking:( thank you!

Ukvi have their own way of verifying and checking your absences you have declared in the form etc!!

Please can anyone confirm if the passport with the faded stamps be enough as proof of living in the UK? Or do I need to try to send them additional evidence now? I have a biometrics appointment soon, is there any chance they will accept to scan the extra documents if I pay the fee there, since I already submitted the documents online? Thank you

Travel and passport data is collected by the UK Boder Force which is part of the Home Office !
So they have plenty of data, and certainly now that you don't get passport stamps.
You will not be automatically refused for minor mistakes - UKVI will contact you if they have queries.
