Visa to newborn in UK

Post by bgmdude » Mon Feb 16, 2009 4:20 pm

All,

I am returning to this forum after successfully getting my Tier1 General with all your help and support.

I am expecting my baby in next couple of months. In this regard do I need to apply for Tier1 General Dependent category or something else.

Could someone please let me know? I tried looking at website, it doesn't say any specific rules for newborn as such.

Appreciate your valuable advice.

Thanks,

vinny

If baby is born in the UK, then see also need for a dependent visa?
