Hi jafars,
The BIA does not consider any urgent request for Tier1 officially, unlike the HSMP. However they will speed up the process in case you "really" have a "valid reason". You will need to fax them your reason with the supporting documents (I had done this).
Travel plans do not figure in the reasons for urgent request - "Requests for urgent treatment will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. This will not normally include circumstances where, for example, the employee has made travel plans or a start date for the employment has been agreed before a decision is made."

I would also request you to not abuse the system in case you don't have a really urgent system. Else this would only slow down process for other patient applicants. Please fax ur genuine reason and leave it upto them.
