Did you get the questionnaire for legacy cases yet? That would be a sign that they are actually looking at your case. Otherwise you will just have to be patient - legacy cases are usually resolved positively, but not quickly. I think there is very little you can do to speed things up. I have been trying to get an appt to see him, but everything I ring there is answer phone. Hve left message.
