visit visa switzerland

Post by rogerroger » Sun Aug 14, 2005 12:12 pm

Hello

I am a UK resident holding an indefinite leave to remain.

I had heard that UK residents irrespective of their nationality dont require a visa to switzerland.

i did a search on the net but could not come up wth the information. Has the visa requirements for switzerland changed?

Have a look at the following web page from the Swiss Embassy:

http://www.eda.admin.ch/london_emb/e/ho ... sares.html.

Think UK residents don't need a visa, search the topic "Do I need a visa to enter Switzerland".

i found the information in this section, i think it says permanent residents can go in whenever they want, as long as their passports are still valid. my passport was expiring in december and that was a concern!
