FLR(M) Unmarried partner

Post by sunshines4you » Mon Jun 22, 2009 2:48 pm

Hi,

Im an Indian national on a student visa in UK and my Partner is a EU national (Belgium) currently excessing his treaty rights (working) and he doesn't have a residence permit. My visa is expiring soon and I would like to extend my stay. Is FLR(M) the right form to fill in. On session 10 they ask for evidence that my partner is settled in Uk? Can he give his passport , with payslips, letter from employer? Or should I be filling in this EEA2 form? I have been trying to get tru immigration agency number but its been busy all day. It would be great if someone can give me some advise on this.

Thanks!

If your partner is a permanent resident, then you may apply for FLR(M) (295E) -OR- you may apply for a residence card. Else, you may only apply for a residence card.
