Child British Citizen Registration and passport

Hi,

Wanted to inquire on following points :

1- How long does the process takes to get child registered as British citizen ( based on being born in uk and parent on ILR after birth )

2- Once child is registered as british citizen, how long it takes to get the passport, provided its applied immediately after registration.

3- Can an application be made even if child is in home country for vacation of 2 months. I'll be in the UK but wife and child are planning to visit home country for a ceremony.
