new born baby - what needs to be done in terms of visa

Hi,

baby was born on 11th of august and I've to apply for ILR as per hsmp JR on 5th of september. What I need to do, please suggest:

Do i need to apply for baby's passport of parent's home country and include her in our ILR application for ILR ?

or

Do i need to apply for ILR of myself and wife and after that we can apply for her british citizenship , being baby of parents having ILR but actually she was born when they did'nt have ILR.

Please suggest.

My suggestion would be to get your (and your wife) ILR done first and then apply for naturalization of your baby ( If you want your baby to have British citizenship).
