Benelux is shortened for Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg.
I do believe this is not a schengen visa but instead limited to those three countries.
Anyone?

So you mean these countries still issue their national visas even when they are a full member of Schengen ?ca.funke wrote:

The other day I got a BeNeLux visa too.
Reasoning in my case was, that the (Belgian) embassy "lost" our Schengen-application, as such we still didn´t get a visa even after 1 month handling time.
