That law was revoked due to the scum in Brussels interference. From what i red here, Ireland denied many applications for EU4FAM Residence card.
I am a Non EU spouse of EU citizen. Can someone please explain to me if the above practice is still in place in Ireland or has it been abolished.
I would also appreciate if you may add a link that will elaborate further.
That section of Statutory Instrument 656 of 2006 was deemed unlawful, as it was incompatible with EU Directive 2004/38/EC - a directive which Ireland, together with every other Member State of the EU, is obliged to correctly transpose.IrishTom wrote:That law was revoked due to the scum in Brussels interference.
