need help for dependency visa !!

hello everybody !!

I m a software engineer from nepal.My husband is a doctor and he works in the hospital of UK. He has got the job recently only. We are newly married in this june 2010.
i want to apply for dependency visa. Please provide me each and every steps that i and my husband need to do for my dependency including all the paperworks, bank details.i have no any idea regarding this.Please help me.
