limited time to get info

Post by dan78 » Sun Oct 31, 2010 4:03 pm

hello,
This is my first post to the forum as I have recently become a member.
Firstly this is a haven for information for those looking for answers and I find this forum more efficient than any other out there.
Thankyou for letting me be a part of it. :)
My dilemma is as follows
my wife and myself applied for tier 1 general migrant visa in april 2010 being resident in uk ,which was granted in may 2010.my wife being dependant.
However my wife was pregnant then and we were blessed with a daughter on 31st may 2010, 20 days after the visa was granted.
Since neither of us parents are british by origin my daughter has an indian passport(which took quite a bit of time to get done)
What should be the next step for my daughters passport to recieve the tier 1 general dependant visa. all three are in the uk
can I apply in lieu of the application made earlier or would it need a fresh dependant application. what fee will be required for the application

kindly advise

D , looking for information

If your daughter was born in the UK, then there is no need for her to apply for leave to remain, unless she will be travelling outside and re-entering the UK.
