I read this from a website...Is it true that while a out of country application for work permit is being processed, a visa national shouldn't apply for a visitor visa to enter UK?What if the work permit was refused and during the appeal process the person applies to enter UK as a visitor? The new employee should not travel to the UK as a visitor while his/her work permit and Entry Clearance are being processed and when they have not been finalised. If the employee decides to travel to the UK during this time, their work permit will become invalid and the whole process will have to start from the beginning. The Department will be responsible for paying for the new application.
What happens if the entry clearance was refused and the person didn't go to UK?
Hope to hear from you.
Thanks
