hi can anyone advise how to register a child born abroad as BC after PR was given

any advise please

Child born outside the UK may apply for registration as British citizen under section 3(1) .. subject to discretion (3(1)) ... and the application can be made no earlier than when a parent is applying for Naturalisation.

BC AFTER PR TO CHILD BORN ABROAD

thanks, so that means he has to wait until next yr when parent is applying for naturalisation.
2- so those born in uk can apply now for registration using form MN1 are my right?
