Visa for newborn

Post by happydoc001 » Thu Jan 06, 2011 2:09 pm

Dear all,

I am on tier 1 visa under HSMP judicial review(April 2006 to Nov 2006) and will be due for ILR in June 2011( I Will complete 5 years incuding 3 months of work permit before getting HSMP VISA from Sep 2006).I would be grateful for your advice reagring these:

1. We have been blessed with a baby boy recently, and can I wait until June 2011 for applying visa for him along with our ILR applications or do I have to get his visa as dependent for the next 5 months? We dont have any plans of going out of UK before June 2011.

2. What is the current requirement regarding funds for dependants visa application for people on tier 1 visa under HSMP judicial review(April 2006 to Nov 2006)?

Many thanks in anticipation

Regards

Suresh
