Dependent visa - non point based

Post by tier210 » Thu Mar 31, 2011 10:10 pm

Hi
I am currently on Work permit that I got 4 years ago.
My daughter has recently born here and am planning to apply for her visa.
Could any one help me that what documents should I send to apply for her visa?
Should I apply for her visa based Tier 2 conditions or should I apply under old work permit rules?
Thanks

Hi tier210

The best thing would be to call home office and ask them. I called them two years ago before applying for my daughter's visa they told me to use FLR(O) form(I was on WP then). But things might have changed now so better call them.

Thanks

If travelling, then FLR(O).

Thanks for the reply but the information on the stated website is very vague
I expect to call HO tomorrow but as already experienced what they mention over the phone can't be guaranteed to be correct.
In the meantime if anyone else knows something please post
